Title : Missing White
Medium : FIBRE GLASS WITH FABRIC
Size : 70 x 50 x 7 ᴄᴍs
“Missing White” signifies the compromised peaceful environment in India due to communal differences during the 2002 riots in Gujarat. Like a piece of cloth pulled from both ends, and rendered worthless as a result, a space ravaged by violence cannot enable peaceful co-existence. The white in the Indian tricolor (flag) that represents harmony goes missing during such violent times.
