To achieve the desired comforts in life, we sometimes restrict ourselves to a very confined environment, unwilling to take risks. Birds in the sculpture represent those unfulfilled wishes that are left behind consciously or unconsciously, while the cushy pillow refers to the lifestyle that we long for.
