    Title: That Winter Morning

    The inspiration for this sculpture stemmed from a train journey on a cold winter morning. Sitting opposite to me were three men sleeping over each other’s shoulders. Fast asleep, oblivious to the world around them, they appeared like they belonged to another universe, a more serene and peaceful place, far-removed from the movement of the train in which they were traveling.
